Rules and Policies
There are rules that must be followed as an owner and visitor. Some of these rules are permanent and others may change as we hear requests or find ways to improve operations. Below, you will find most of these rules, please read them and let us know if you have any questions.
During Covid 19
1. Guests and staff will be wearing face mask all the time while walking or working on the premises, rules may change but will be announced in this website under "Announcemetns".
Please be safe and let our staff do their part!
2. During high season or high occupancy the adminitration is requesting to book activities or make reservations at the beach club. Please, send us an email if you have any questions.
3. Upon arrival, any visitor must fill out the "COVID contingency rules of operations for owners and guest", sign it and return to the administration either by email or simply leave it inside your condo. If you did not receive a printed letter, please feel free to contact the adminitration or download the PDF document here

ElevatorsÂ
Wear face mask while in the elevator , infants should be with and adult.
We are cleaning the elevator every hour.
It is prohibited to access elevators if you are wet
PoolÂ
Pool is open from 8 am - 11 pm. Booking is recommended for gruops of 6 or more
